Restoration of walls (Solid Cement Render walls over Brick) due to foundational shift damage, replacement of existing fireplace with a gas log fire heater true to the original style of the room and provision of gas line as required (project management and engagement of trusted trade colleagues) Repainting to quality professional standard and replacement of floor coverings / carpet.

Project management and engagement of trusted electrical contractor for the purpose of rewiring electrics to ceiling, lights and ceiling fan, isolation of wall light - disconnection , disabling and replacement - and addition of multiple power points as required.

Bathroom Renovation

To replace the pre-existing shower with a more suitable / accessible unit for an elderly client. The project involved sourcing and installing an appropriate shower base and screen, tiling the surface area on the wall inside the unit, painting the remaining walls and ceiling to professional standard. This project was completed in a manner that complied and fitted in with pre-existing bathroom décor.

To restore a traditional shed (formally a stable) into a modern usage garage and storage area. This included- Jacking the trust and roof area in preparation for the duration of the works, replacing all the foundations and most of the studs, brick floors with concrete and all roofing and gutters. Sourcing and fitting roller doors, restoration and replacement of weatherboards as required and project management of trusted electrical contractors for the purpose of rewiring all electrical connections to the structure. Aesthetically matching all works to fit with the period and style of the existing property structures.

To create a concept for replacing an unsuitable fence to two adjoining properties that would suit both owners privacy requirements and negotiate a mutually agreeable price to satisfy each clients needs.

This included- Removal of the old fence (part of the area had previously been a tennis court) supply and installation of federation wire fencing with post and rail structure. Painting as required and restoration of garden area to previous standards.

Demolition & Renovation

 
Job Details
Guide the owner builder in professional techniques for the purpose of demolition to back section of house and to reconstruct / renovate to modern standard. This included installation on new concrete stump foundations and building a timber sub floor and floor over these new foundations.

Erection of new sunroom leading onto a deck and preparation of the decking sub floor. This extension required a full bathroom outfit with separate toilet facility, room for spa shower and vanity. Installation of full length sliding doors to open onto the decking. Reconstruction of roofing frame was required to the back half of the existing structure which included replacement of rafters, support beams and roof battens. Re-roofing this area with corrugated iron sheets in keeping with the style of the existing property.
